About Tammy

Tammy LaSala has worked in the Monterey County real estate industry since 2000, receiving her real estate license in 2007. Her career began with a local title company where she held two positions, one in the escrow division and the other in charge of sales and marketing. The skills gained and knowledge of the escrow process prove to be beneficial asset to have as a real estate agent.

Tammy has a heart for helping people and a backbone for navigating through the hard stuff. Real estate transactions can be complex, and the industry is ever-changing. Tammy prides herself on being an out-of-the-box thinker, calm leader, and continued advocate for homeownership.

Service and giving back to the community are important, Tammy has served as a volunteer driver for Meals on Wheels Monterey Peninsula, serves as a State Director for the California Association of REALTORS®, and is the 2024 President of the Monterey County Association of REALTORS®.

Tammy loves spending time with family and friends, enjoys cooking and baking, and creates a welcoming home environment. Home is her happy place.
